If you would like to return anything from your website order, we offer a 30-day full refund on items sent back unworn, tags attached and in their original packaging. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you would like to exchange the product, please revisit the website and place a new order. We will issue a credit for the returned item(s) to the original order payment method and notify you the details of the refund by email. Credit will not be issued for incomplete returns such as necklaces without pendants or single earrings.
